This website is operated by Trix Collective, a trading name of Rohan Murugesan, 14 Norfolk Road, Lytham St Annes, FY8 4JG, United Kingdom. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to Trix Collective. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Online store terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use this Service. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your right to use the Service.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to modify prices and to limit the quantities of any products offered. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; slight variation in colour, finish and measurement is inherent to made-to-order garment production, and our washed finishes vary from piece to piece by design.

Made to order

Our garments are produced after you place your order, in standard sizes from our published size range. Production times are set out in our Shipping policy. Because these are standard sizes rather than items made to your personal specification, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies in full, as set out in our Return and refund policy.

Accuracy of information

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Where we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will issue a full refund.

Our Service may contain links to third party sites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, our total liability to you in respect of any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
