When is the next drop?

Drops are announced by email first, usually a week ahead. Sign up at the bottom of any page.

How long will my order take?

Allow 3 to 6 weeks from order to delivery.

Every piece is made to order — nothing is pre-printed and nothing sits waiting. Your order is produced by our print partner, shipped to us here in the UK, checked, and then posted to you with tracking. That whole journey is what takes the time.

We know that is longer than most online shops. We would rather tell you now than after you have paid. If we have not delivered within 6 weeks you can cancel and get a full refund.

Do you restock?

Core pieces are restocked. Seasonal and collaboration pieces are made once and never repeated.

How do the fits run?

Relaxed. If you're between sizes or prefer a closer cut, take one size down. Full measurements are on the size guide.

How should I wash it?

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, inside out. Don't bleach. Tumble dry and iron on low, and keep the iron off any print.

Why does my piece look slightly different to the photo?

Our washed finishes are produced garment by garment, so colour, fading and texture vary a little from piece to piece. That's the finish doing its job, not a fault.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within an hour of ordering and we'll do our best. Once a piece has gone into production we can't stop it — but you still have your 14-day cancellation right once it arrives, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point if we miss the 6-week window.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, and we post every order ourselves from Lancashire. We're working on opening up international delivery — join the list and you'll hear about it first.
