Strictly necessary

Required for the store to function. They remember what is in your basket, keep you signed in, and protect against fraud. These cannot be switched off. Set by Shopify, our ecommerce platform.

Performance and analytics

Help us understand which pages are visited and how the store performs, so we can improve it. Set by Shopify Analytics and, where enabled, third-party analytics providers.

Marketing

Used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and, where you have consented, to show you relevant ads on other websites.

Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link on this site. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though the store may not work correctly if strictly necessary cookies are blocked.

The sign-up form and Google

Our early-access sign-up form asks for two things: your email address and your clothing size. The form is a Google Form, and your answers are stored in Google Sheets. That means Google LLC acts as a processor for this data on our behalf, and the information may be stored on Google servers outside the United Kingdom under Google's standard data protection terms.

We use this information for one purpose: to tell you when a drop goes live and to work out how many of each size to make. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone other than Google as described above. You can ask us to delete your entry at any time by emailing trixcollectiveuk@gmail.com, and every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Third parties

The third parties that receive data through this store are:

Shopify — our ecommerce platform. Hosts the store, processes orders and sets the strictly necessary cookies.
Google — hosts our sign-up form and the spreadsheet behind it, as described above.
Our payment providers — process card payments at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Our fulfilment partner — receives the name and delivery address needed to make and post your order.
